Sixty cine-loops were scored twice, first with original data and later with morphed data. The results were compared for each recording, and the scorings were identical in the two cases for 94% of. Increasing the acoustic power delivered (MI) increases the echogenicity of the NPCA in electrically active tissue while having no statistically significant effect in the LVC. The NPCA enhanced the myocardium for over 6 min at 1.4 MI ( Fig. 4 and Supplemental video 2 ), while microbubbles do not persist for this length of time at MI ≥ 0.3 [ 7 ].
Jun 05, 2006 · The diagnostic value of echocardiographic images seems to diminish when the frame rate is low. In this work, morphing based on velocity information was used to improve the perceived smoothness of B-mode cine-loops with low frame rate. Based on an estimate of the velocity field calculated from B-mode speckle tracking and tissue Doppler measurements, morphed cine-loops with arbitrarily high ....
This parameter is not related to the frequency of ultrasound. PRF can be altered by changing the depth of imaging. It is measured in Hertz (Hz). PRF = 77,000 / depth of view (cm). As evident from the equation, as the location of the target gets further away, the PRF decreases. PRF is related to frame rate or sampling rate of the ultrasound.
